Mark is the Executive Vice President of Grace Management Group. Grace manages a portfolio of companies comprised of home fragrance Brands in varying market segments. Some of the Brands include VOTIVO, Greenleaf, Bridgewater Candle Co. and The Willowbrook Company.

Bridgewater Candle Company was the recipient of:
2013 ICON Honor Award for Community Contribution & Influence
Through its Light a Candle, Feed a Child mission, Bridgewater Candle Company sustains an ongoing program with Rice Bowls by providing a needed meal for every jar candle sold.

2013 Global Goodness Award in recognition of good Corporate Citizenship through our partnership with Rice Bowls, a non-profit organization whose mission is to feed and nurture orphaned children worldwide.

Mark’s primary role at Grace Management is overseeing the U.S. Key Accounts, the International Sales Division (represented in over 90 countries), Strategic Brand Partnerships and Business Development.
He originally joined Grace Management in their laboratory utilizing his formal science education background. Prior to his role as EVP, Mark spent 4 years in Product Development and 4 years in the Manufacturing Division.

Before joining Grace Management, Mark worked in the medical field of Organ & Tissue Donation for a division of Baptist Hospital/Wake Forest. Specific areas that Mark personally handled were surgically removing human tissue for transplant, consulting families about donation options and educating medical professionals on the donation process.

Mark served as a Director on the founding Board of ReBirth East St. Louis (2008-2013). Rebirth East St. Louis’ mission is to empower youth to transform the city of East St. Louis. www.rebirthesl.org
Currently he serves as President of the Bridgewater Foundation (2006 – Present).
Mark also serves as Associate Director on the Greenleaf Foundation.

Mark is married to Kathy and they have 5 children. One is adopted from Russia and another is being adopted from their local community.

He considers it a privilege and honor to have the opportunity to work for and with so many talented and inspiring people. He is driven by the desire to continue to learn and grow from those around him.

Mark hopes to pass on the benefits that he has received from many positive role models in his life. Having lived in 6 different States and traveled to over 30 countries he has been taught to enjoy new experiences.

Mark graduated from Taylor University with a Biology Degree and played his favorite sport there too. He also enjoys motorcycles, music, skiing, art and film.. Mark finds it difficult to refuse ice cream.
